Network issues - Clear

Dear All

Thank you for your patience.

The isolated part of our network has now been reconnected after work was carried out to correct the fault.

We continue to monitor the situation but at this time everything looks to be running correctly.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and please do contact support if you are still experiencing problems.

We have now isolated part of a customers network which has now stabilised our network.

We will still keep the network as at risk while we work with the customer to correct the issue and update shortly.
