Hi,
We have been able to work with our upstream supplier and they have now found and corrected the issue.
The network problem only affected some users, but thank you for patience while we found and fixed the routing configuration.

Connectivity Issues to Some Sites
Hi,
We have been alerted this evening to some users struggling to get access to sites like Facebook etc.
We are aware of what looks like a routing issue outside of our control. We are currently working with our upstream providers to fix this issue and will update this post shortly.

Easter Opening Times
Hi Again!!,
It has certainly been a busy few days with the issues that BT have had.
We will be closed all day Friday and Monday, but will reopen on Tuesday at 10am after our staff training time.
We will of course be monitoring our systems over the weekend and will still be answering support tickets and any voicemails that are left.
Have a great few days break and we will catch up again after the Easter weekend.

Current ADSL Outages
Hi,
As many of you may be aware there has been a major incident at the BT Paddington Exchange in London.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8598371.stm
As a result there are around 437 BT exchanges that are not receiving full service at the moment. This will also have the knock on affect across a wider area than just the immediate vicinity.
We are also aware of a fibre break in the Luton area which is also causing ADSL outages for people connected around this location.
I will post further updates when I have them.
