Network Update

Hi all,

Ok we reloaded the config back to the LNS but it just sat in a frozen state, we got the engineer to plug a console in, we then power cycled it and this bought it back on-line, we have a constant monitor plugged into it so we can see what's happening.

We are monitoring the network as a whole very closely and apologise for the service outages.

If you are struggling to connect to your ADSL please reboot your router.

  1. I've been suffering a series of Broadband failures for about the last two months now. There seems to be two types of failure. The first type is solved by a re-boot but the second has to await a fix by your good selves at SO. I'm not fond of conspiracy theories but has someone got it in for SO. My kids (who can't seem to live without the net) are badgering me to change my ISP but naturally I don't want to.
