We are so excited that more and more of our customers are signing up for the blog, so firstly can we say a really big thank you! As we are able to communicate with you, our customer quicker and more effectively we know that our service will just keep getting better and better.
Can we also say we really appreciate feedback that you have given us. Thank you to NB for letting us know about spelling mistakes (they were Paul's not mine!!! :-)) all these little things help us make a really big difference. If you've spotted anything then just let us know!

Love it or hate it we are all dependant on this global network to survive in business and it is great to have an ISP that offers such a great personal service. I remeber well the days of call centres in Outer Mongolia (bless the Mongolians!) trying to get hold of someone who knew at least what DNS was.........
